Delivery
Lead Times We aim to ship your goods within 14 days. 85% of the time this is achieved if not beaten, however there are times when delivery is held up due to customs or unreliable delivery times are quoted to us by suppliers. Where this is the case we try to keep you informed as much as possible, however please do allow anything up to 28 days for delivery.
Due to an increase in handing charges, we will now be charging £3.75 to orders below £30.00, orders from £30.00 up to £120.00 will be £4.99, anything above £120.00 will be free to all mainland UK addresses, if you live outside of the UK then it does means you will be liable for the cost of postage, we will contact you to discuss the cheapest and safest way of getting your goods to you.
Once your order has been placed, we will be notified that your order has been received. We will notify you at straight away if your goods are out of stock or we are waiting a delivery. Many goods are shipped in from overseas and lead times from suppliers are not always accurate. Payment is taken at this stage from our secure server Protx and are received straight into our system. If the item is not in stock the refund will be done back to you through protx.

Delivery Message We have come up with a new system that when your order is leaving direct from the supplier or leaving from Buggyland, we will send you a email to inform you of when you will receive your order and straight forward advice on what to do once you receive it before the driver leaves.
If you need to delivery to another address please call us on 01903 524205 and buggyland will organise this for you.
We accept the major credit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo. If you do not own one of these you can contact us to enquire for alternative payment such as by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'The Buggyland Store Ltd'.
Overseas Orders For overseas orders we will contact you for delivery charges before we process the order. When an order is dispatched we will notify you, if you will not be able to receive it please ensure that you give further instructions to ensure that delivery takes place.
Our delivery policy is based on the price of the item(s) you purchase.
Please Note
Overseas orders carry a larger delivery charge and we will contact you via email before we put the order through.
For BFPO orders there will be a delivery charge and we will contact you first before the order goes through.
