Returns policy
Unwanted items
We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as we are notified within 7 days of receipt. The items must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, within 21 days of notifying us. On receipt of the goods at our office, we will offer a refund of the item’s purchase price provided the above conditions are met. Goods must be sent direct to us at:

Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded
*excluding Dutailier chairs, toiletries, personal items, personalised items, opened mattresses, books, opened. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged or Faulty goods should the product you ordered have a fault or is damaged you will need to contact us and advise us of the problem. We will inform the supplier of the claim and we will abide by their policy and procedures regarding resolution. The supplier, having agreed to the claim, may decide to settle by either supplying a new item, or by supplying replacement part(s) or by a refund. In certain cases it may be required that your product will need to be sent away to be inspected. Please note that the inspection process usually takes a couple of days to complete from the time the supplier receives the return, however if inspection takes longer we will keep you informed. Any carriage charges incurred if it is agreed that the goods are damaged or faulty will be refunded.
Please ensure that all returns should be sent back in their original packaging or in packaging that protects the product to save any damage in transit.
Warranties on products are 6 months or 12 months depending on the make of product. If a fault occurs after the warranty period, any repairs on the product will be charged direct to you by the suppliers. If this is the case we will notify you of this fact prior to incurring any costs.
